Shipping & Returns

All our items are hand knitted, so we ask customers to please allow at least 14 days to make the garment. The time required for delivery depends on your location. We are shipping from Ireland so in Ireland it usually takes 2 days to deliver, UK 3-4 days, and for the USA and Rest of the World approx. 10 days. We understand that you may need your order for a special occasion so please email us to discuss your needs and we will try to help. Shipping is Monday to Friday excluding holidays. If an item is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted and notified of this. If there is a lead time on your order you will have the option of a refund or you are welcome to wait on your order. We will update you and keep you posted on any outstanding orders.

We use An Post parcel service to process our shipping.

Please note that delivery dates can’t be guaranteed and may be disrupted due transportation interruptions or services provided by our payment carriers or your bank or credit card.
All prices are quoted in Euro and your credit card company will calculate any exchange rate automatically. We would also like to inform you that Christmas time is our bussiest period and we will do everything to ensure your order is processed and delivered in time. To avoid disappointment we would ask that you allow yourself an extra few days on orders for special occasions. We cannot guarantee delivery. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return purchased on our on-line store.

First of all you need to post back the item at your own cost by an insured shipping method to Hand Knit Baby Gifts, No. 7 Killycard Manor, Castleblayney, Co.Monaghan, Ireland. Hand Knit Baby Gifts is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. You must return the item with your delivery docket along with its original packaging with your reasons for the return within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Garments must not be worn or washed. We can then refund you back to the original method of payment. If you have paid with credit card your credit will post to your account in approximately 2 days after the date of processing. The value of returns, exchanges and refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
If you order a customised garment such as a Christening gown it is non-refundable.
